As a clinician, I see the massive impact that nutrition and body composition have on a person’s health.

Weight loss can feel overwhelming when you don’t know where to start. I’ve gone through it myself.

As an athlete, I also understand the importance of proper fuelling to meet your sporting demands.

My goal is to guide you towards optimal health inside and out, whatever your goal is.


Nutrition coaching faqS

  • Each program has a minimum 10 week commitment. Significant changes to your eating habits, physique, and health take time. This amount of time is required to make sustainable change!

  • Accountability is key! This is accomplished with mandatory weekly check-ins. Throughout the program there will be a weekly questionnaire, personalized video call, body metric tracking, and ongoing direct messaging to make sure you are hitting your goals.

  • The cost is dependant on what program has been recommended for you. It ranges from $60-100 weekly. This is an investment in your health. Building good habits and making long term change takes time, consistency, and careful monitoring. Most people will save money overall by reducing restaurant dinners, ordering takeaway, and shopping smarter.

  • I like simple. It encourages consistency and gets results. You will need a body weight scale (bonus if it gives body fat percentage), a food scale, and a smartphone. Your entire program is delivered virtually through a couple of apps to make it easy and organized.
